How to Use the Molding Press Correctly
When using the molding press, when the piston is at the end, the hydraulic system is injected with hydraulic oil by the compensation oil pump, the gas enters the membrane chamber according to the inlet bypass valve under the inlet pressure, and the reverse membrane is promoted to the bottom of the membrane chamber. The membrane chamber is filled with gas. When the crankshaft rotates, the piston moves from the bottom to the top, and the pressure of the hydraulic oil system rises. When the hydraulic oil pressure reaches the compressed gas pressure, the membrane moves to the top of the inner chamber to compress the gas. This system is a gas compression system.
The hydraulic oil system includes a motor driven crankshaft, piston and crankshaft. According to the repeated movement of the piston, the hydraulic oil pressure is generated to promote the bottom diaphragm to move to the gas side, thereby compressing the gas and discharging the gas. Another component of the hydraulic system is the compensation oil pump, check valve and pressure regulating valve to ensure that the hydraulic oil system is always full of hydraulic oil during the compression cycle. Under compression, the check valve isolates the hydraulic oil from the compensation oil pump to prevent the hydraulic oil from flowing back. At the same time, the pressure regulating valve controls the hydraulic oil pressure to generate the pressure of the hydraulic oil system. This system is a hydraulic oil system.
Diaphragm compressor is a combination of two systems - hydraulic oil system and gas compression system. The ceramic diaphragm completely isolates the 2 parts. Gas compression system: The gas compression system consists of three ceramic diaphragms and gas inlet and outlet valves.
