What are the key points of the laser holographic molding machine?

When we receive a new mold for proofing and trial, we always look forward to an early result and pray for the success of the process to avoid wasting time and causing problems.




But here we must remind two points:




1、 Mold designers and manufacturing technicians sometimes make mistakes. If we don't be vigilant when we try to mold, we may cause great damage due to small mistakes.




2、 The result of mold trial is to ensure the success of subsequent production. If reasonable steps are not followed and proper records are not made in the process of mold testing, it is impossible to ensure the smooth development of mass production. We emphasize that "if the mold is applied smoothly, it will quickly improve the recovery of benefits, otherwise the cost loss will be more than the cost of the mold itself".

2、 Precautions before mold test




1. Master the relevant information of the mold:




Be able to obtain the design drawing of the mold, analyze it in detail, and invite the mold technician to participate in the mold test.




2. First check the mechanical cooperation action on the workbench:




Attention shall be paid to whether there are scratches, missing parts, looseness, etc., whether the action of the die slide plate is correct, whether there is leakage in the waterway and air pipe joints, and if there is a limit to the opening of the die, it shall also be marked on the die. If the above actions can be done before hanging the mold, it can avoid the labor consumption caused by finding problems during hanging the mold and then disassembling the mold.




3. When it is determined that all parts of the mold work properly, it is necessary to select a suitable trial mold ejector. Pay attention to the selection

Whether it is complete or not. After everything is confirmed to be OK, the next step is the hanging mold. During the hanging mold, pay attention not to take out the hanging hook before locking all the clamping templates and opening the mold, so as to avoid the clamping templates from loosening or cracking and causing the mold to burst.




After the mold is installed, carefully check whether the mechanical actions of each part of the mold, such as sliding plate, thimble, tooth retracting structure and limit switch, are correct. Pay attention to the alignment between the feed nozzle and the feed inlet. The next step is to pay attention to the mold locking action. At this time, the mold closing pressure should be reduced. During the manual and low-speed mold locking action, pay attention to whether there is any unsmooth action or abnormal sound.




4. Raise the mold temperature:




According to the characteristics of the commonly used raw materials of the finished products and the size of the mold, an appropriate mold temperature controller is used to raise the mold temperature to the temperature required for production.




After the mold temperature is raised, the action of each part shall be checked again. Since the steel may cause clamping condition due to thermal deformation, the rolling of each part shall be noted to avoid strain and shaking.




5. If the factory does not implement the experimental planning rule, we suggest that only one standard can be adjusted at a time when adjusting the mold test conditions, so as to distinguish the impact of single standard change on the finished product.




6. Bake the raw materials moderately according to the different raw materials.




7. Try to use the same raw materials for mold testing and future mass production.




8. Do not thoroughly test the mold with inferior materials. If there are color requirements, color test can be arranged together.




9. Thermal stress and other problems often affect the secondary processing. After the mold is tested and the finished product is stabilized, the secondary processing should be carried out. After the mold is covered at a slow speed, the mold closing pressure should be adjusted and operated several times to check whether there is uneven clamping pressure, so as to prevent burrs and mold deformation of the finished product.




After checking the above steps, reduce the mold closing speed and pressure, set the safety catch bar and ejection stroke, and then adjust the normal mold closing speed and mold closing speed. If the limit switch with large stroke is involved, the mold opening stroke should be adjusted a little short, and the high-speed mold opening action should be cut off before the large stroke. This is because in the whole mold opening stroke during the mold installation period, the high-speed action stroke is longer than the low-speed one. In the plastic machine, the foot type ejector rod must also be adjusted after the rapid mold opening action to prevent the ejector plate or the breakaway plate from deformation due to force.




Please check the following items before the first mock examination injection:




(a) Whether the feeding stroke is too long or insufficient.




(b) Whether the pressure is too high or too low.




(c) Whether the mold filling rate is too fast or too slow.




(d) Whether the processing cycle is too long or too short.




To prevent short shot, crack, deformation, burr and even damage to the mold.




If the processing cycle is too short, the thimble will push through the finished product or the stripping ring will crush the finished product. This kind of situation may take you two or three hours to take out the finished product.




If the processing cycle is too long, the sinking position of the die core may be disconnected due to the tightening of the rubber material.




Of course, you can't anticipate all the difficulties that may occur during the mold trial, but you can prevent serious and expensive losses by fully considering timely countermeasures in advance.
